Thanks for shopping Go Fashions ink. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, I am here to help. However, I do ask for serious shoppers. I do not return items for buyer’s remorse and size exchanges.
Go Fashions ink items are special made. Special made items are nonrefundable unless you receive these items damage or the item is not as described or pictured. For misprinted, damaged, and defective items contact the store via the “Contact” page within 30 days after the product has been received, to request an authorize return. Claims deemed as an error on my part are covered at my expense.
An authorize return requires you, the customer, to contact Go Fashions ink for approval prior to returning the product, via the “Contact” page. With approval, you are given a return label and the appropriate return address.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, without damage, signs of wear, stains, and odors.
The shipping provider will provide you with a tracking number. Once the tracking number is created you must refer all questions to the shipping provider regarding shipping for your package. You will also get an email from Go Fashions ink providing the tracking number.
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the postal service, then the customer is liable for the cost of a reshipment, if applicable. Use the tracking number to locate the package.
Missing Packaged Tracked to Address
Please contact the shipping service provider. Porch pirate is becoming a growing problem with the popularity of online shopping. As the customer, you can put in place deterrents to stop such illegal actions by asking a neighbor to pick up any packages, using a neighbor’s address, utilize lock boxes, or have orders deliver to a work address.
Returned by the Shipping Carrier
If the carrier is not able to deliver an order because of the wrong address or if the package was unclaimed therefore, it must be returned to the store. Please note that under such circumstances, the customer is responsible for the cost to have the order reshipped.
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned, and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself, if applicable. Also, unclaimed orders due to the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment will not be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity. These items are nonrefundable.
Once I receive your item/s, I will inspect it and notify you that I have received your returned item/s. I will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item/s.
If your return is approved, I will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
